Changes will be effective immediately upon positing on our website, and the update effective date will be indicated at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued use of our website after ant changes implies acceptance of the revised Terms.

3.1. To purchase products or use our services, you must be at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
3.2. By placing an order, you affirm that you meet these age requirements and that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

5.2. Product availability is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time. If a product is not available after placing an order, we will inform you promptly and provide options such as a refund or alternative product.
6. Pricing and Payment
6.1. All prices are listed in SGD and include applicable taxes unless otherwise specified. Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the delivery method selected and are added to your order total at checkout.
6.2. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards via stripe. Payment is processed through a secure third-party payment gateway. We do not store your payment information.
6.3. Prices maybe subjected to change without notice. if a pricing error occurs, we will notify you and provide the option to proceed with the corrected price or cancel the order. If a price is incorrect due to a system error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
7. Order Processing
7.1. Orders are processed within 3 - 5 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation with details of your order and tracking information once it is shipped.
7.2. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders with incorrect pricing or suspected fraudulent activity. If your order is cancelled, you will be notified, and any payments made will be refunded.
8. Shipping and Delivery
8.1. Shipping fees are calculated based on your delivery address and chosen shipping method. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping carrier, festival, and destination. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
8.2. We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors, including but not limited to customs processing, carrier delays, or natural disasters. We will make every effort to assist you if issues arise with your shipment.
8.3. Risk of loss and title to the products pass to you upon delivery. All international shipments are made at the buyer’s risk. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or delay that may occur during transit. This includes, but is not limited to, damage caused by handling, weather conditions, or any other factors beyond our control. *All parcels will be documented with photographic evidence prior to being handed over to the shipping carrier.
9. Returns and Exchanges
9.1. You may return or exchange items within 7 days of receipt, provided they are in their original, unused condition with all original packaging and tags intact. Custom or personalised items, unless defective, are non-returnable.
9.2. To initiate a return or exchange, contact our customer service team at tulledainty@gmail.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return. We will provide instructions on how to return the item.
9.3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.
10. Intellectual Property
10.1. All content on our website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and software, is owned by Tulle dainty, or its licensors and is protected by copyright trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
10.2. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on our site without our express written permission. Unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.
11. Limitation of Liability
11.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tulle Dainty is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. This includes but is not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

These Terms, together without our Privacy Policy and any other policies or agreements referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tulle Dainty regarding your use of our website and services. They supersede any prior agreements or understanding, whether written or oral.
