Please track your package using the provided tracking number. If there's no movement for 7+ days past estimated delivery, reach out to us. We'll investigate with our courier and determine next steps - which may include replacement or refund depending on the shipping insurance outcome.

Yes, we offer free standard shipping on orders over $80 for local orders.

If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us immediately and we'll update the address. Once shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.

All our jewelry comes beautifully packaged, however we do not offer wrapping services.

Only one discount code can be applied per order. Codes cannot be combined with other promotions unless specified.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unworn items in original condition with all tags and packaging.

Email us at support@tulledainty.com together with your name, receipt or proof of purchase and order number for verification. We will provide return instructions and shipping will be borne by the customer.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your returned item. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

The entire refund process may take up to 60 business days (or more) to be concluded, depending on payment merchant and bank processing time.

Yes! We're happy to exchange items for a different size, color, or style within 14 days. Contact us at support@tulledainty.com to arrange an exchange.

We inspect all jewelry before shipping, but if you receive a defective item, contact us at support@tulledainty.com immediately with photos. We'll review your case within 24 hours and determine the best way forward. Each situation is unique, and we'll work to find a fair solution.

Warranty & Repairs

Yes, all our jewelry comes with a 1-month complementary warranty covering manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear, loss, or damage from misuse is not covered.

Unfortunately, we do not offer repairs for wear and tear damage, and a replacement item will need to be purchased.

We don't offer ring resizing services at this time. We recommend visiting a local jeweler if resizing is needed. To ensure the perfect fit from the start, please refer to our Ring Size Guide before ordering.
